Or sometimes a domestic film at 30 FPS can be sold overseas and changed to 24FPS with new titles. My question comes in this: after putting all this effort into making the spotting list sometimes the client changes a title at the beginning, offsetting everything from that point on by a certain margin. ![]() By the end of the spotting list there are more numbers than I care to look at. I sometimes am required to spot films for subtitles (which I do in a word document with a large table) As you can imagine, I have a lot on timecode for DIALOGUE IN / DIALOGUE OUT and same for any on screen titles - a LOT of timecode between 800-3000 individual rows, each with a TIMECODE IN and a TIMECODE OUT. I have been wanting to ask this for a REALLY long time, so if this gets answered I want you all first to know how awesome it'd be, and how much easier it'd make my life!!
